The Bee Gees

After Barry contacted the twins all four Gibbs brothers were on a plane headed back to Australia, out of of the four Andy was the most agitated. Something was up with their sister Andy knew it. He stared out the window it was a long flight but before they knew it they were soon touching down. Hugh was there waiting for them. “Where's Shan..” Andy grabbed his bag.

“School your mum tried to see if she wanted to stay home and she said no … and no she don’t know you boys were coming home...your mum's quiet worried..” They all piled into the car and headed back to the house. They hugged their mom then went to put their stuff away before they talked about what was going on. They sat in the kitchen talking about what was going on when it was getting closer time to when Shan was to be home. Looking at the time Andy decided he was going to pick her up to see if he could find out what was going on.

Barry shook his head “I'll drive we can surprise her...” They pulled up to the high school they didn't see her coming out of the school. So they waited.

As they were waiting they saw Shanell come out but didn’t head over to the car. She headed the other way like she didn't see it. They were just going to get out of the car to get her when a bunch of girls walked by they could see they said something to her. They could see Shanell glaring at them. “look I told you I don't know when or if they are coming home so I am not inviting you over just so you can gawk at my brothers rooms.... or ask insane questions...”

“whatever you just think your better than us because ...” One of the girls started.

“No I don't think I am better than you ….look... I get it you all love Andy and Barry and them … I get that you love their music …. I get it okay....”

“yeah well you think you are just as good as he is ...”

Shanell frowned 'what?” completely confused where that came from.

“your brother … you might look like him you might be able to sing but you're not him...”

“news flash honey I don’t want to be him....” She glared at the girl who shoved her and knocked her books back. “look I am not going to let you use me to just to get to my brothers they aren't here I am not even sure when they are gong to be coming home, they are busy...”

The girl laughed “yeah too busy to hang out with a poor pathetic....”

Shanell shook her head and tried to go around them. They got annoyed when she wouldn't respond to their taunts any more and shoved her. She ended up falling backward wincing as the pavement dug into her hands.

“Hey what do you think you're doing ….” Andy was out of the car in a flash. He was by his sister's side in seconds shocking both the girls and Shanell. He knelt down “Shan you okay....” He helped her sit up wincing when he saw her hands. He had been watching from the car but didn't know if he needed to interfere till they shoved his sister.

“Andy what … what are you doing here...” Shanell sat up frowning then saw Barry right behind him “What are you guys doing here...” She wiped her hands on her skirt brushing herself off. The girls were squealing seeing their idols standing there.

One of the girls nearly stomped on Shanell where she sat, trying to get to Andy. “oh my gosh I can't believe its you .. hi Andy I am Patrice... “ She batted her eyes at him.

Shanell shook her head and got to her feet wincing as she was sure going to be sore later on, the cement was not a cushion. Barry put his arm around her. “Rosebud are you alright.... did you hurt anything...” He ignored the girls gushing over him and Andy his concern on his sister they just knocked over.

“I’m fine Barry …. just a little scraped up ...” She winced trying to brush off her clothes Andy trying to help her “Andy I'm fine stop...” She shook her head as he moved his hand to her wrist turning them over seeing them all scraped up. “now why are you here...” She ignored the glares she was getting from the girls one of them shoved her back getting smack in front of Andy. She rolled her eyes and ignored it turning to pick up her bag but Barry already had it with her books..

Andy just glared at the girl “ look what do you think you were doing knocking my sister over …. “ He moved around the girl and lifted up Shanell in his arms “lets go Barry...”

“ANDREW ROY put me down...” Shanell squeaked when he did things like this it just made it harder for her to keep secrets from him. She really didn't want to tell him how bad it was at school. Though he had gone through it before which is one reason why he left school at such an early age besides his music. She didn't want him worrying about her. When he didn't do as she asked she huffed and folded her arms across her chest. He was a lot stronger than she was with standing only barely five feet tall. The brothers didn't say anything ignoring the girls though Andy did shoot a dirty look at the girls who all stood there on the sidewalk. He set Shanell in the back and got into the back with her while Barry got in the front and headed back home.
